Description

Trichlorfon is an irreversible organophosphate acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It is a prodrug which is activated non-enzymatically into 2,2-dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate (DDVP).

Trichlorfon Usage
Trichlorfon is used on a variety of crops to control insects such as cockroaches, crickets, silverfish, bedbugs, fleas, cattle grubs, flies, ticks, leafminers, and leaf-hoppers. It is also used on livestock, domestic settings, greenhouses, and aquatic environments.
